Hey everyone! Welcome to my blog, where I share my thoughts and reflections on intellectual property, technology, AI and everything related to these topics. My name is Olga, and I’m a qualified lawyer specializing in business and commercial law. In 2021, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in European Intellectual Property Law at Stockholm University. This choice was far from random. I’ve been passionate about IP law ever since 2011, when I first learned about Coca-Cola’s famous trade secret recipe. Since then, I’ve been working with IP and tech law not only from a theoretical perspective, but primarily with a focus on business and commercial needs. Part of my career has been devoted to M&A projects involving technology companies, where the main assets are intangible: copyrights, patents, and designs. I know how crucial it is to protect these assets and keep them secure within the business flow.
